Aika was was born in Japan in 2007 June...she lost her mother when she was 12 and her brother at 14 yrs old both to some vampires .she is now an orphan but an samurai saw her talent and adopted her...she was treated miserably she was told to clean all the dishes and do the house chores with some massage to him but she worked hard and now is an better samurai than her adopted father
